• Gestão global da agenda do Centro Auditivo;
• Contacto telefónico e presencial com clientes, demonstrando disponibilidade e empatia;
• Receção e encaminhamento de clientes;
• Abertura e fecho do Centro Auditivo;
• Verificação dos equipamentos nas listagens dos inventários.
• Experiência em Telemarketing (Fator preferencial);
• Habilitações literárias mínimo ao nível do 12º ano;
• Conhecimentos de Informática na ótica do utilizador (Fator essencial);
• Boa apresentação;
• Gosto pelo atendimento ao público sénior;
• Dinamismo, simpatia e proatividade;
• Valorizada a experiência em atendimento ao cliente;
• Orientação para prestar um serviço de qualidade aos clientes.
