Responsável pelo suporte administrativo aos gestores e técnicos nas atividades operacionais e administrativas relacionadas as atividades de manutenção de máquinas
Necessário:
Responsabilidades:
Efetuar no sistema Totvs Datasul as requisições de peças, acessórios e insumos para as manutenções em máquinas
STILL e Linde, conferindo os itens na recepção e na entrega aos técnicos de Assistência Técnica;
Efetuar a conferência física das devoluções das peças, acessórios e insumos dos processos de atendimentos técnicos
realizados pelos técnicos de Assistência técnica e efetuar as devoluções físicas e no sistema Totvs Datasul;
Efetuar a conferência das peças e acessórios devolvidos pelos técnicos de assistência técnica que serão objetos de
escrapeamento, recondicionamento e de devolução para estoque
Receber e dar andamento ao processo de envio para pagamento de notas fiscais de fornecedores;
Abrir ordens de compra;
Apropriar e controlar horas trabalhadas dos técnicos e abertura e fechamento das ordens de manutenção;
Realizar cadastros e alterações de TAG no sistema, realizando a programação de máquinas por técnico e as
programações dos atendimentos por chamados técnicos;
Realizar os controles de utilização dos veículos, sem parar, combustíveis, manutenção, ferramental e utensílios gerais
de manutenção.
