Je hebt al wat ervaring in de keuken. Misschien al met sushi, maar in ieder geval met een fijne mise-en-place en service draaien onder druk. Wat belangrijker is: je wilt jezelf ontwikkelen. Je komt terecht in een keuken waar presentatie telt, timing alles is en kwaliteit nooit onderhandelbaar is. Van perfect gesneden sashimi tot strak opgebouwde rolls en refined Japanese bites, jij helpt bouwen aan een ervaring waar gasten voor terugkomen.
