Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Assisted Living nursing team (LVNs/CNAs/Medication Aides)
- Support staffing, scheduling, and daily clinical operations
- Ensure compliance with assisted living regulations and community policies
- Oversee resident assessments, care plans, documentation, and medication management
- Promote a positive team culture through coaching and training

Requirements:
- Texas LVN license required
- 2+ years nursing leadership experience (Assisted Living/SNF/LTC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of medication management, documentation, and resident care coordination
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
