At Greencroft Middlebury, we believe assisted living should feel like home. We're looking for a Full-Time Assisted Living Coordinator who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences for older adults while providing leadership and support to our assisted living community.

This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with residents and families, oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and help create a welcoming environment where residents can thrive.

Schedule: Full Time 2PM - 10PM

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily operations within our Assisted Living community
• Serve as a primary resource and advocate for residents and their families
• Oversee resident assessments, care plans, and service coordination
• Support team member onboarding, training, and scheduling
• Develop engaging programs and activities that promote connection and well-being
• Assist with resident move-ins, orientations, and transitions
• Partner with campus leadership to maintain a high-quality resident experience
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide support as needed

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organized, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Experience working with older adults is a plus
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
