Level: 4 Year DegreeThe Assisted Living Administrator is responsible for the overall management, operation, and regulatory compliance of the Osage Nation Health System's 8-bed Assisted Living Facility. This position provides administrative and operational leadership while fostering a safe, dignified, and culturally respectful environment for residents. The Administrator oversees daily operations, staffing, budgeting, quality improvement, resident services, and compliance with applicable federal, state, tribal, and Osage Nation Health System policies. The Administrator serves as the leader of the facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality, person-centered care while maintaining a welcoming home-like atmosphere that reflects Osage values, traditions, and hospitality.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, Public Health, Long-Term Care Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years of progressive supervisory experience in assisted living, long-term care, or healthcare management.
General
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or Public Health preferred.
- Experience in Tribal healthcare, Indian Health Service, or tribally operated long-term care preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Tier 2 Residential Care/Assisted Living (RC/AL) Administrator License, or the ability to obtain the license within 12 months of hire required.
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Nation
- Knowledge of HIPPA and Privacy Act.
- Must be able to pass Osage Nation credentials and privileges requirements.
- Requires a high level of personal integrity and ethics.
- Requires a high level of problem-solving skills.
- Must maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Requires ability to use Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Requires good interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
- Requires willingness and ability to learn new skills, including travel to conferences and training sessions.
- Required: BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol testing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record – may be required to drive GSA or Nation vehicles
