You will be a part of HPB’s Healthy Ageing Programmes Department, which strives to help seniors aged 60 years and over to improve and maintain their functional ability through healthy lifestyle practices and increase the quality and years of healthy life. As Singapore’s healthcare and aged care systems transform under national directives such as Healthier SG and Age Well SG, HPB drives the national implementation of the Active Ageing Programme (AAP) strategy in close collaboration with Active Ageing Centres (AACs), Regional Health Systems (RHSes), and whole-of-government agencies to initiate, encourage and empower seniors to adopt and sustain healthy habits, and age well independently in the community.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of the Healthy Ageing Programmes Department, you will support the strategic expansion of HPB's frailty and falls prevention programmes across multiple community sites while ensuring operational excellence and programme effectiveness.

You will oversee fitness instructor management and training programme adequacy, ensuring all instructors are well-versed in programme protocols and maintain implementation standards.

You will monitor key performance indicators while scaling programmes effectively across sites, and conduct comprehensive programme effectiveness assessments to validate outcomes and drive continuous programme improvement. You will be responsible for tracking and analysing participation rates, engagement metrics, and programme performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and ensure programme fidelity during scaling operations.

You will work with community partners and stakeholders to ensure sustainable programme delivery at scale. You will manage customer care functions, addressing public inquiries, feedback, and concerns to enhance user experience and programme satisfaction.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 1 - 3 years of working experience in programme management, health promotion, or training and development. Experience within healthcare organisations, training institutes, or public sector is preferred. The candidate should also possess. The candidate should also possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferrable in Public Health, Health Sciences, Training development
  • Knowledge of healthy ageing, falls prevention programmes, and industry development, data analytics for programme monitoring and evaluation would be beneficial.
  • Able to oversee training programme implementation, training coordination and administration, and performance management.
  • Results-driven with strong analytical abilities
  • Self-directed, comfortable with working across multi-stakeholder environments in fast-moving situations.

Successful candidates will be offered a 1-year contract
