CONTEXTE :
Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial des Nations Unies (PAM) est la plus grande agence humanitaire mondiale qui lutte contre la faim dans le monde entier. La mission du PAM est d'aider le monde à atteindre l’objectif Faim Zéro dans le monde. Chaque jour, le PAM travaille dans le monde entier pour s'assurer qu'aucun enfant ne se couche affamé et que les plus pauvres et les plus vulnérables, en particulier les femmes et les enfants, peuvent avoir accès aux aliments nutritifs dont ils ont besoin.
OBJECTIFS ATTACHÉS AU POSTE :
En République Démocratique du Congo, dans son plan stratégique pays 2021-2025, le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (PAM) envisage de de sauver des vies et changer les vies des populations à travers la mise en œuvre des interventions de réponse aux crises et de résilience.
Pour appuyer son Bureau de Bunia, le PAM recherche un(e) assistant/assistante de gestion capable d’aider à l'adoption et au maintien de pratiques administratives efficaces axées sur les besoins des bénéficiaires des services et l'utilisation optimale des ressources. Le titulaire doit effectuer des tâches courantes d'aide à la gestion dans un domaine d'activité spécialisé pour contribuer à une fourniture efficace des services.
PRINCIPALES FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS (liste indicative et non exhaustive):
Sous la Supervision directe du Responsable de l'unité ou du Chargé (e) de l'administration, ou de son ou sa suppléant(e), l’assistant de gestion doit assumer la responsabilité de la bonne mise en œuvre de diverses procédures et activités nécessitant qu’il interprète dans une certaine mesure les orientations et pratiques standard à sa disposition. Il doit pouvoir recommander des lignes d’action à ses collègues à divers échelons et peut assigner des tâches à d’autres membres du personnel d’appui.
