Mount Sinai Fertility (MSF), in partnership with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Toronto’s Temerty Faculty of Medicine, is seeking a full-time academic Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility (REI) specialist with subspecialty training in Gynecologic Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (GREI).
The successful candidate will join a collaborative academic practice of seven REI physicians, working within a shared-care model that includes pooled earnings, shared clinical responsibilities, and active participation in clinical leadership, medical education, and research. The candidate will have an academic position description of Clinical Teacher and must be eligible for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor at the University of Toronto. Effective start date is July 1, 2026, or shortly thereafter.
Mount Sinai Hospital, located in Toronto, is a recognized leader in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Reproductive Medicine. The Division of REI includes seven subspecialists, and MSF provides comprehensive fertility services to a population catchment of over 4.5 million people. Clinical services are delivered at the main site adjacent to Mount Sinai Hospital, as well as satellite clinics in Mississauga and Vaughan.
Mount Sinai Hospital is a fully affiliated teaching hospital of the University of Toronto and is closely associated with the Lunenfeld-Tanenbaum Research Institute (LTRI), an internationally recognized centre where research in women’s and infants’ health is a major focus. The REI Division is further supported by strong multidisciplinary programs, including Genetics and Prenatal Diagnosis, Urology/Andrology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine, and General Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive clinical care in REI, including assisted reproductive procedures such as IVF, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as office and operative hysteroscopies and sonohysterograms. Clinical practice will be based at the main MSF site and/or satellite clinics, with procedural work conducted at the main site. The candidate will participate in a shared rotation for clinical procedures and on-call coverage.
Academic responsibilities will include teaching and supervision of medical students, Obstetrics and Gynaecology residents, GREI fellows, and other learners, as well as participation in research and scholarly activities and research supervision of trainees.

Estimated initial starting remuneration will be in the range of $300,000 - $350,000, commensurate with academic rank, qualifications and experience.
