Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing - Professional Selling and/or Sales Management
The Jack C. Massey College of Business at Belmont University invites applications for a tenure track faculty position in Marketing at the rank of Assistant Professor or Associate Professor, beginning August 1, 2027. We seek candidates with expertise in professional selling and/or sales management, demonstrated through excellence in teaching, scholarship, industry experience, or a combination thereof, as well as a sustained commitment to advancing these areas. As all Belmont undergraduates complete an
innovative general education program with significant interdisciplinary
components, Belmont University is particularly seeking applicants who can
demonstrate the interest and ability to work collaboratively in course design
and to teach interdisciplinary and topical courses in this program.

one-page essay, 300-400 words, describing how your core beliefs and practices

Required EducationA terminal degree in in Marketing or a closely related field from an accredited university is required. ABD candidates will be considered; however, the doctoral degree must be completed prior to the start date of the appointment.
Required ExperienceTeaching experience strongly preferred.
The selected candidate will be required to complete a background check satisfactory to the University.
