The Department of Business Administration invites applications for a full-time tenure-track faculty position specializing in Accounting and General Business. The successful candidate will demonstrate teaching excellence and a strong potential for scholarly productivity. A PhD or DBA in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in accounting, general business, and related subjects.
· Participate in scholarly research and contribute to academic publications.
· Support the continuous development of the business curriculum.
· Serve on university committees and engage in activities related to ACBSP accreditation.
· Prepare detailed course syllabi and teaching materials.
· Maintain accurate course records and report attendance, grades, and student performance on Canvas.
· Conduct end-of-semester course evaluations.
· Provide regular office hours to assist students.

Qualifications:
