The Management & Entrepreneurship (M&E) department at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University invites applicants for tenured/tenure-track Associate Professor or tenure-track Assistant Professor positions in the Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management (OBHR) area, to begin fall 2027.

Basic Qualifications

A doctoral degree, or ABD status, in an area of Management and Entrepreneurship (i.e., OBHR, or related field) and strong records (or promise of strong records in the case of the Assistant rank) in both research and teaching are required.
