The Assistant/Associate Director of Community Engagement and Service-Learning is a key position responsible for coordinating and sustaining volunteer initiatives, mentoring and supervising student leaders, and strengthening partnerships with community organizations to help ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. This role provides strategic oversight of volunteer programs, supports assessment and continuous improvement efforts, and may contribute to the academic mission of the Colleges through teaching or co-teaching community-engaged courses that connect theory with practice.

This is a full-time, 12-month, benefits-eligible position. This position description is not all-inclusive as other tasks or responsibilities may be assigned. Standard work hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the academic year, with a possible shortened workweek during the scheduled summer hours’ time period. Work schedule will include some evenings and weekends. Salary range: $63,400- $70,000
