Job Description

Make a difference, have fun, and get paid to play sports!
TGA North Bay is hiring Assistant Coaches to help lead our after-school golf and tennis programs for kids across Marin & Sonoma. No prior coaching experience required — we’ll train you!

Schedule

  • Core Hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00–5:00 PM (flexible, varies by school)
  • Optional Hours: Weekend clinics & substitute coaching opportunities

What You’ll Do

  • Help run fun, safe, and engaging after-school classes
  • Assist lead coaches with golf and tennis instruction
  • Manage small groups of kids and encourage participation
  • Set up and clean up equipment
  • Sub for classes when needed

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual
  • Enjoys working with kids (ages 5–12)
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Some golf/tennis experience helpful (but not required)
  • Must pass a background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to schools around Marin & Sonoma

Compensation

  • $40- 50 per class (classes are 1 hour) (depending on experience)
