The Assistant Women’s Lacrosse Coach / Student-Athlete Success and Admissions Liaison serves as the lead assistant coach for the women’s lacrosse program, while also acting as the primary athletics liaison for academic support, student-athlete success initiatives, admissions collaboration, and orientation programming.
This position assists our nationally competitive women’s lacrosse program with the day-to-day operations of the sport, supporting all duties as assigned by the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach. The position also serves on the Student Success Council and acts as a liaison with various campus partners on important academic matters, helping to enhance student-athlete support, engagement, and retention initiatives.
Authority and Accountability
This position reports directly to the Head Women’s Lacrosse Coach and ultimately to the Director of Athletics and Campus Recreation. The position provides supervision for student workers and contractual assistant coaches but does not have budgetary responsibility.
