Job Description

Essential Functions:

• 45% Assist with various coaching and training activities during games and practices. Assist with game and practice preparation and player development. Assist in scheduling.
• 35% Provide assistance in recruiting and scouting highly skilled student athletes while initiating oral and electronic correspondence and evaluating college eligible prospects.
• 10% Provide assistance in editing and evaluating videotapes from practices and games.
• 5% Assist in monitoring the academic and athletic development of student athletes to ensure player eligibility and to support the educational goals of individual students.
• 5% Assist in fundraising efforts and bring initiatives to help community engagement/attendance.

Additional Position Information:

Education Requires a relevant Bachelor's Degree.

Experience Requires a minimum of 1 year experience in college or professional coaching and/or playing experience.
