Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Watersports & Boating Manager with a Yachtmaster-level qualification (e.g. Royal Yachting Association Offshore or equivalent) to lead and support all marine and outdoor activities operations.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience operating boats (mid-size vessels)
• Strong technical ability – hands-on with maintenance and troubleshooting
• Comfortable working both independently and within small or larger team
• Confident engaging with UHNWI in a luxury environment
• Passion for watersports: wakeboarding, surfing, diving, snorkeling etc
• Strong knowledge of boating operations, safety, and equipment
• Energetic, outdoors-driven, and guest-focused
