YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for our site in Nieuwegein. In this role, you will support the Warehouse Supervisor with capacity needs and personnel planning. You will divide the work, maintain oversight and monitor the team. In doing so, you play a key role in the quality of our services and customer satisfaction.
As an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor, you will ensure that employees meet the agreed KPIs and enjoy their work. Therefore, you coach your team in their development and provide input to the Warehouse Supervisor regarding performance development. You will also participate in projects aimed at improvements and present improvement proposals to your manager.

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?
The warehouse location in Nieuwegein is a 31,000 sqm multi-user site where approximately 200 colleagues work together every day to contribute to our success.
The customers under your responsibility are industrial clients for whom we distribute spare parts worldwide. Together with two other Assistant Warehouse Supervisors, you will coordinate a team consisting of both experienced employees and new colleagues.
You will work from Monday to Friday between 07:30 and 17:30 and report to the Warehouse Supervisor.

We are seeking an experienced warehouse employee who can act decisively and remain steadfast in new or challenging situations. You are results-driven, understand the importance of strong people management, and manage expectations clearly. Setting priorities and communicating proactively with internal stakeholders and customers comes naturally to you.
