Hiring Position Assistant Warehouse Manager(Korean Speaking) Part Leader

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in warehouse and transportation operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant manager-level role
Strong understanding of logistics operations, vendor coordination, and contract management
Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant logistics software
Fluent in Korean (speaking, reading, and writing) required
Good command of English communication
Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including inbound/outbound activities, storage, and inventory control
Manage and coordinate transportation operations to ensure efficient, on-time deliveries
Track logistics KPIs and performance metrics, providing insights and improvement recommendations
Supervise third-party logistics providers and external transport/warehouse vendors
Draft, review, and manage contracts related to warehousing and transportation services, ensuring compliance and timely renewals or updates
Act as the primary liaison with Korean-speaking stakeholders, including headquarters, clients, and suppliers
Ensure all logistics activities align with safety standards, legal regulations, and internal policies
Assist in implementing and maintaining warehouse and transportation systems and procedures
Support budgeting, cost control, and reporting for warehouse and transport functions
