Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.
• Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols.
• Analyze and forecast warehouse capacity and resource needs.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational processes.
• Generate reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and best practices.
• Experience in managing and leading a team.
• Proficiency in warehouse management systems and MS Office applications.
