Key Responsibilities

Team Oversight

• Oversee the different departments and their managers within the warehouse
• Ensure staff are staying on task and productive

Order Operations

• Oversee order checking processes
• Oversee order packing processes

Problem Solving

• Proactively identify issues before they escalate
• Drive resolutions and keep operations moving forward
