  • Promote a collaborative, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and warehouse safety standards.
  • Complete end-of-shift responsibilities, including securing the facility and remaining on-site until nightly operations have been completed.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, workflow coordination, and productivity management.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to effectively prioritize work and adapt to changing operational demands.
  • Experience utilizing warehouse technology, including RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage employee performance, provide constructive coaching and feedback, and professionally address attendance, performance, or disciplinary matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and maintaining accurate documentation, inventory records, and timekeeping information.
  • Experience supervising larger warehouse teams, forklift operation, and implementing process improvements is preferred.
