Join us as an Assistant VP - Global Markets, where you will help develop innovative financial solutions that address client needs while supporting the firm’s strategic objectives. Working closely with Sales and Trading teams, you will structure and price transactions, perform quantitative analysis, and deliver insights that drive decision-making. You will contribute to the development of client-focused solutions, evaluate market opportunities, and help manage risk across a range of products and transactions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while building expertise.
To be successful as an Assistant VP - Global Markets, you should have:
Experience within Structuring, Trading, Solutions, Risk Solutions, or other markets-focused environments
Ability to analyze, structure, and price complex financial transactions
Quantitative expertise through academic studies or professional experience in Financial Engineering, Econometrics, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or related analytical disciplines
Highly valued skills:
Analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
Experience conducting quantitative analysis, back-testing, and risk assessments to support business decisions
Communication and presentation skills with the ability to partner effectively with Sales, Trading, and other stakeholders

This role is regulated by FINRA.
Minimum Salary: $125,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
