Job Description

  • Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 plus super
  • Permanent full-time opportunity supporting the day-to-day operations of our Salisbury Village
  • Combine administration, resident engagement and compliance in a varied, hands-on role

Are you an experienced administrator or community services professional who enjoys working with people, keeping things organised and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

Join Eureka Villages as our Assistant Village Manager and work alongside the Village Manager to help create a safe, welcoming and well-run community for our residents.

This is a varied role where strong administration and attention to detail are just as important as your ability to build relationships. We're particularly interested in someone with NDIS knowledge, strong data entry skills and the ability to maintain accurate records across multiple systems.

Why Eureka?

At Eureka Villages, we believe community living is about more than providing accommodation. We create welcoming communities where people feel safe, connected and genuinely at home.

Our Salisbury Village is looking for an Assistant Village Manager who can provide hands-on support across village administration, resident experience, compliance and day-to-day operations.

Reporting to the Village Manager, you'll work closely with residents and their families, contractors, the Village team and our Support Office to make sure the community runs smoothly and residents receive responsive, respectful support.

Guided by our values of Putting People First, Embracing the Challenge, Committing and Following Up, Acting with Purpose and Building Belonging, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference in the everyday lives of our residents.

What's the role?

This is a role for someone who enjoys variety.

You'll be the right hand to the Village Manager, helping keep the administration organised, supporting residents, maintaining accurate records and making sure operational and compliance requirements don't get missed.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Village Manager with day-to-day village administration, including correspondence, appointments, resident enquiries and general office coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate resident information, databases and records, including lease documentation, resident files and entry and exit administration.
  • Supporting village operations, maintenance and compliance, including contractor coordination, safety documentation, inspections, registers and incident reporting.
  • Building positive relationships with residents, families, contractors and internal teams, responding to enquiries with empathy, professionalism and a solutions-focused approach.
  • Supporting the resident experience and village community, including activities, events and initiatives that help create a welcoming and connected environment.

What's in it for you?

At Eureka, we recognise that our people are our greatest asset.

You'll enjoy:

  • Salary of $75,000 - $80,000 plus super
  • Permanent full-time employment
  • A role based at our Salisbury Village
  • A varied position combining administration, operations and resident engagement
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference within the everyday lives of our residents

What's it like working for Eureka?

No two days are the same.

One moment you could be updating resident information or preparing documentation, and the next you'll be helping a resident with an enquiry, coordinating a contractor, following up a maintenance request or helping organise a village activity.

You'll need to be comfortable moving between competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, following through on commitments and ensuring residents continue to receive a high standard of service.

At Eureka, you'll be more than an administrator. You'll be an important part of the village community and someone our residents and Village Manager can rely on.

Is this role right for you?

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and genuinely enjoys supporting people.

You'll ideally bring:

  • A strong administrative or customer service background, with excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience within seniors living, community services, disability, NDIS, residential or a similar people-focused environment, with NDIS knowledge highly regarded.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems, with the ability to learn new databases and processes quickly.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the empathy and professionalism to work effectively with residents, families and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisation, initiative and follow-through, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • A Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent

Ready to join Eureka?

If you're looking for a role where strong administration meets genuine human connection, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help us create a community where people feel supported, connected and truly at home.
