Job Duties:

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute on recruitment tactics to target and attract tech talents for upcoming growth plans

  • Handle full spectrum of recruitment process, including sourcing, interview and offer management, covering a wide range of tech hiring to ensure sufficient workforce

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the hiring plan, selection criteria and identify the right candidates for the teams

  • Connect and network with qualified candidates and establish good relationship and positive candidate experience

  • Maintain a database and pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings

  • Actively manage relationship with external recruitment agencies to ensure quick turnaround time and quality candidates

  • Provide the hiring managers with market intelligence regarding the talent community/ the competition and industry trends

  • Perform any ad hoc projects for Talent Acquisition function enhancement

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder in HR or business-related disciplines

  • Minimum of 8 years of solid talent acquisition experience, ideally from both recruitment agency and in-house position

  • Experience working within financial institutions would be ideal

  • Strong business acumen, knowledge in tech recruitment with excellent stakeholder management ability

  • Effective interpersonal skills with strategic mindset

  • Independent, confident, strong problem solving and organization skills

  • Excellent command in both verbal and written, both English and Chinese
