  • As a key member of the investment team, you will be responsible for driving deal execution, conducting in-depth financial analysis, and supporting portfolio value creation initiatives. You will be required to work closely with senior investment professionals to identify, evaluate, and execute investments in high-growth companies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deal Sourcing & Market Research

  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities through market mapping and industry research.

  • Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries, advisors, and business owners.

  • Maintain robust pipeline of potential investment targets.

  • Investment Evaluation and Execution

  • Lead financial modeling and valuation analysis, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

  • Lead end-to-end due diligence processes across commercial, financial, legal, and operational areas, including site visits, data room, and management presentations.

  • Prepare investment memos and presentations.

  • Make clear investment recommendations to the Investment Committee.

  • Negotiate term sheets and transaction documents alongside legal counsel.

  • Coordinate external advisors and internal stakeholders to structure and close transactions.

  • Portfolio Management

  • Act as key liaison for portfolio companies.

  • Monitor portfolio company performance, financials and strategic initiatives.

  • Assist in value creation projects, including operational improvements and growth strategies.

  • Operations and Internal Process

  • Support back-office operations, including funding and financial reporting.

  • Prepare quarterly portfolio updates including portfolio valuation, and support preparation of annual financial statements.

  • Contribute to development of reporting templates and investment management best practices.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; CFA or MBA is a plus.

  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in private equity, venture capital, investment banking or management consulting.

  • Proven track record in deal execution and financial modeling.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in 3-statement models and valuation methodologies.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Superior organisational and project management abilities.

  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail and keen ability to discern overall strategy and commercial objectives.

  • Strong relationship-building skills, and team-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.
