In compliance with New Jersey pay transparency laws, all physician roles include a posted minimum base salary. The minimum base salary for this position is $615,000.00 per year. Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience, qualifications, and prevailing market factors.

Annual Salary: $148,425 - $238,177
The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant’s experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.This position is eligible to participate in one of Virtua’s annual incentive compensation plan (AICP). The amount is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document.
