Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, ML / AI Engineer!

In this role, The ML / AI Engineer will Provide technical credibility and execution confidence during sales and early delivery, ensuring AI solutions can be industrialized at scale.

Responsibilities

• Support solution shaping by validating technical feasibility, performance, and scalability of AI use cases

• Work closely with Solution Architects to ensure designs can be executed efficiently by offshore teams

• Demonstrate how ML and GenAI solutions move from pilot to production

• Provide input into estimation, delivery approach, and risk mitigation during deal shaping

• Bring strong understanding of MLOps and production AI to reassure clients on sustainability

• Act as a bridge between front-facing architects and offshore engineering teams

• Comfortable engaging with client technical teams when deeper credibility is required

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience building, optimizing, and deploying ML/AI solutions

• Understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle management, and production scalability

• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, data teams, and delivery stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Experience industrializing PoCs into enterprise-grade AI systems

• Exposure to GenAI implementation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with model monitoring, reliability engineering, and AI risk considerations
