
The Loan Administration team is a critical part of Antares, responsible for ensuring the accurate, timely, and controlled processing of investment activity across the firm’s credit portfolios. The Assistant Vice President, Loan Administration is a key contributor within Operations, responsible for actively processing loan activity and supporting the integrity of loan data recorded in Wall Street Office (WSO) in accordance with documented processes and control standards.
Reporting to senior loan administration leadership, this role combines hands-on loan administration responsibilities with people oversight, training of junior staff, and execution support for broader initiatives led by the SVP, Loan Administration.

Actual base salary within the specified range is comprised of several components, including but not limited to applicant's skill, prior relevant experience, specific degrees and certifications, job responsibilities, market considerations and the location of the position.
This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus (based on company, business unit and individual performance).
