
Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong
The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage the leasing and property management of all bank owned and leased premises, including branch, office, signage and staff accommodations.
• Conduct feasibility studies to support the business needs
• Carry out tenancy administration in compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies
• Coordinate and liaise with relevant stakeholders, such as internal teams, consultancies, Landlords and government authorities
• Provide cross-team supports to various departments and business units across the bank
• Prepare and manage annual occupancy budgets and forecast, monitor and control related costs
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements:
Degree holder or above is preferred
Minimum 5 years of solid experience in leasing management field is preferred
Sound knowledge of real estate such as leasing related matters, experience managing staff accommodation (temporary and long term) is an advantage.
Strong with PC knowledge, including MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
