
The AVP – IT Governance Program Strategy is a senior leadership role responsible for developing, managing, and maturing governance across IT Strategy, PMO, Enterprise Data Engineering (EDE), Technology Risk Management, and IT Governance The role contributes significantly to shaping IT governance standards, strategic direction, execution discipline, and enterprise alignment. AVP will oversee cross-functional programs, establish performance metrics, ensure delivery excellence, and drive best practices across the Global Product & Solutions (GPS) and broader IT organization. This position provides strategic, technical, and people leadership, while partnering with senior executives across Technology.
Principal Responsibilities
Identify, Measure & Analyze KPIs for GPS & IT Strategy - 10%
Manage the Enterprise Data Engineering (EDE) Team - 10%
Lead IT Strategy, Risk Management, PMO & IT Governance - 45%
Provide Leadership on Key Strategic Initiatives - 20%
People Leadership & Management of Direct Reports - 15%
Education
Required: Bachelor's; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering OR Math, Finance, Other
Preferred: Master's/Advanced; Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Software Engineering
