What you will be doing:
Business Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute FX business strategy across WM segments (Retail, PPC and Corporate segment)
Identify revenue opportunities in Spot FX, SDS, CLD and FX-linked structured notes
Partner with Sales and Treasury to drive commercial outcomes
Project Management and Product suitability Framework
Identify and provide business requirement for platform migration and system enhancement for the following products: Currency-linked products (CLD), Structured deposits / structured solutions (SDS), FX-linked structured investment products, Wealth Financing on FX products
Ensure product suitability aligned with target client segments and adhere to regulatory requirement.
Order Flow & Execution Optimisation
Enhance FX products order flow capture and streaming capabilities
Improve pricing competitiveness and execution efficiency
Collaborate with Treasury on flow management
Commercial Execution
Translate strategy into actionable business plans
Drive revenue generation through campaigns, product launches, and sales enablement
Monitor performance metrics (volume, margin, client penetration)
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Frontline (RM / Sales), Treasury / Trading desk, Compliance & Risk, External product issuers
Support training and advisory to frontline teams
Governance & Compliance
Ensure all products and processes comply with regulatory requirements (HKMA / SFC where applicable)
Maintain strong control framework for product lifecycle and distribution
What we are looking for:
University graduate
8 - 10 years of experience in FX / structured products / treasury / WM product roles
Strong knowledge of Spot FX & derivatives, Structured products (especially FX-linked)
Flow business and pricing dynamics, Commercial mindset with proven revenue contribution
Strong stakeholder management and execution skills
