The role is responsible for defining the overall HR Systems vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization's long-term HR strategy and business objectives. It leads the implementation, enhancement, and continuous improvement of HR Systems, including system configuration, data migration, integrations, and process automation to meet evolving organizational needs. The role also develops and maintains HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable, data-driven insights that support informed decision-making. In addition, it communicates HR Systems capabilities and benefits effectively to stakeholders, driving user adoption and engagement, while fostering strong partnerships with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of HR Systems across the organization.
Leads the HR Information System team, providing guidance and direction.
Oversees the entire HR Information System operation, including strategy, implementation, and maintenance.
Lead HR Information System related projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, IT, and vendors to achieve project goals.
Designs and implements new system changes to meet the organisation's evolving needs.
Ensures data accuracy, security, and compliance with legal requirements.
Analyses HR data and generates reports to support strategic decision-making.
Work with Technology on system integrations and technical aspects.
Manages vendors and contracts with external system vendors.
Prepares RFP and works with the Procurement team to execute the RFP and vendor evaluation process for new projects.
Partner with IT and technical teams to design, test, and maintain robust Workday integrations (e.g., inbound/outbound interfaces, EIBs, Core Connectors) connecting HR systems with payroll, benefits, and third-party vendor platforms.
Requirements
At least 8 years of experience in HR system implementations Workday integration management and support.
In-depth knowledge of the Workday system and new technologies such as GenAI and RPA.
Deep understanding of core HR functional areas such as compensation and benefits, performance management, talent acquisition, etc.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends in HR technology.
In-depth knowledge of HR data management and analytics principles.
Project management methodologies.
