Looking for experience Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience and possess solid knowledge in financial accounting and reporting processes. Assist the Functional team in working with GF users to understand and clearly define the GF requirements, facilitate the evaluation, implementation and support of 1Finance MIS Database, keeping in line with the GF needs.
Lead the detailed analysis of GF process requirements with process leads and key users, determine the required functionality in terms of design, structure and configuration, scope and estimate, in line with the relevant guidelines and procedures, and translate the IT requirements into an optimum IT solution.
Drive, implement, oversee projects, initiatives and enhancements and provide business / functional advisory of 1Finance database for MY and regional.
Manage the high level and detailed design and structure of 1Finance database.
Manage business issues, risk, controls and compliance.
Subject matter expert of 1Finance & act as liaison with Group Finance and Business users for troubleshooting including investigating, analyzing and issue resolution.
Facilitate in training and education to business process owners and end users.
Provide business support to HOD in developing and shaping GF MIS framework.
Promote standards and consistency across the team and Group Finance.
Bridge between business problem and technology solution.
