Technical College of the Lowcountry (TCL) is seeking an innovative, collaborative, and student-focused leader to serve as its next Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the future of academic programs, support faculty excellence, and help advance a culture of innovation, quality, and student success.
Reporting directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs, the Assistant Vice President serves as a key member of the Academic Affairs leadership team, providing strategic leadership for instructional programs, academic planning, curriculum development, assessment, accreditation support, and institutional initiatives. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with faculty, deans, and college leadership to ensure high-quality academic programs that respond to student, workforce, and community needs while advancing the College's mission and strategic priorities.
