What you’ll be doing:
- Define and prioritize product backlog aligned with business goals
- Translate complex requirements into clear, actionable user stories
- Work closely with business, IT, design, and stakeholders to deliver high-impact features
- Make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the product
- Take accountability for product experiences, not just delivery
What we're looking for:
- Strong product thinking (not just project management)
- Background in digital experience or mobile apps, with exposure to AI-driven features and/or personal finance rules (e.g. insights, recommendations, automation)
- Ability to translate business and customer needs into intelligent, scalable product experiences
- Confidence to challenge stakeholders and say “no” when needed
- Clear, structured communication
- Experience working in agile environments
