Job Description

POSITION & JOB SCOPE:

Reporting to the Group Documentary Trade Team Lead, the position will be responsible for the management, planning and development of Documentary Trade products for Transaction Banking customers. As part of the Group Product Management team, the position will be responsible for coordinating group and country trade product program requirements, as well as participate in requirement specifications and rollout of global products. The position will also be responsible for the end-to-end management of any approved group and/or country trade finance programs assigned.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Documentary Collection product P&L and key business drivers, including asset levels, contingent liabilities, transaction volumes, revenue-to-cost ratios, and cost of credit, to support profitability and revenue growth.
  • Drive product campaigns, commercialization initiatives, and KPI achievement in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare management reports, dashboards, business performance reviews, and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
  • Conduct data analysis and business performance assessment using Excel and other analytical tools.
  • Develop and deliver PowerPoint presentations, product papers, business cases, and management updates.
  • Support product rollouts, user acceptance testing (UAT), process enhancements, and digitalization initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate digitalization efforts leveraging the Bank's proprietary systems and/or industry platforms.
  • Develop sales materials, sales toolkits, brochures, product guides, and other marketing collateral to support business development activities.
  • Create product awareness and conduct training programs for Sales and customer support teams.
  • Provide product expertise and support customer engagement activities, including customer feedback sessions and focus group discussions.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Technology, Compliance, and country stakeholders to ensure effective product management and delivery.
  • Support customer onboarding, product commercialization, and business growth initiatives.
  • Utilize strong presentation, analytical, and communication skills to address business issues, stakeholder feedback, and operational challenges.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2-5 years experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking or Product Management.
  • Knowledge of Documentary Collection and trade finance products preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, dashboards and data analysis.
  • Strong PowerPoint presentation development skills.
  • Good presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical, proactive and detail-oriented.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
