Job Description

Risk Analytic Infrastructure

• Set up Risk Analytic Infrastructure for SME portfolio (Datamart, Tableau)
• Continuously enhance SME Datamart to meet evolving risk reporting requirements
• Produce SME Portfolio Review Deck and SME risk reports on periodic basis, including reports for regulators
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis for the SME portfolio for regulators and internal stakeholders
• Backup and support other team members when required.

Acquisition Quality / Acquisition RaROC (MY SME)

• Setting & updating AQT / Acquisition RaROC on periodic basis
• Ensure acquisition quality early indicators are within agreed threshold
• Leverage AQT, Segmentation, scorecard, policy to proactively identify problem segments as well as opportunities
• Work closely with portfolio manager to set action plans to address portfolio deterioration.

Manage Risk Analytic (MY SME)

Provide analytics support for:

• Portfolio action / Change on credit policy / New Product Launch
• New Scorecard Launch (Score Cut Off setting)

Data Governance

• Improve and monitor data infrastructure, access and execute backup recovery policy
• Apply appropriate controls for sensitive data in accordance with internal data security policies

Stakeholders Management

• Provide support to colleagues both in Risk and other business functions
• Work / collaborate with both front and back office to achieve common goals
• Act as focal point on any risk related queries for the portfolio assigned

Ad-hoc

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the senior management.
• Ad-hoc analytic support when required.
• Support projects undertaken by the department.
• Support internal and external audit exercises.

Preferred requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in the relevant discipline (Accounting / Banking & Finance / Business Studies / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Engineering).
• Credit Risk Management acquaintance.
• Risk Management knowledge in Banking Industry
• 5-7 years in banking industries with relevant experience
• Technical/Functional skills in :
• SAS, Python, SQL programming as well as Microsoft Office.
• Basic skills in Tableau
• Analytical mindset
