Role Purpose

This role will support the day‑to‑day operation of SGX’s compliance framework, with a focus on core regulatory compliance, policy implementation, monitoring activities and regulatory engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Regulatory Compliance Advisory: Provide day‑to‑day regulatory compliance advisory to business and support functions on applicable SGX, MAS and other regulatory requirements.
• Compliance Policies, Controls and Monitoring: Maintain compliance policies, procedures and internal controls. Support compliance testing and monitoring reviews and other thematic reviews.
• Incident Management and Escalation: Support the handling of compliance breaches, incidents, internal escalations and issue remediation, including coordination of regulatory notifications where required.
• Regulatory Reporting: Assist with preparation and coordination of regulatory submissions, responses to regulator queries and information requests and support regulatory inspections as required.
• Training & Awareness: Support delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives to reinforce regulatory expectations and compliance standards.

Skills and Experience

• Experience in regulatory compliance within a regulated financial institution, with exposure to MAS.
• Ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent drafting, stakeholder engagement and regulatory interface skills.
• Comfortable working with established compliance processes, systems and documentation, and maintaining accurate records and trackers.
