Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Associate Principal, Retail Applied Advisory!

In this role, you will act as the bridge between sales and delivery teams. You’ll support proposal development, contribute to pipeline growth, and facilitate domain- and industry-oriented solutions discussions during client engagements. You will also participate in developing offerings, intellectual property, and go-to-market strategies. You may lead one or more client workstreams while managing project plans, client communications, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive Advisory Growth: Support portfolio expansion by engaging clients effectively and delivering solutions that strengthen long‑term revenue.

• Advance Bookings: Contribute to advisory bookings by partnering on business development efforts and helping shape pursuit strategies.

• Lead High‑Quality Delivery: Manage and execute project workstreams with discipline, ensuring strong outcomes and client satisfaction.

• Build Trusted Relationships: Maintain meaningful, value‑driven partnerships with clients while serving as a reliable strategic point of contact.

• Support Strategic Pursuits: Participate in opportunity identification, pursuit development, and client workshops that advance growth.

• Contribute to Thought Leadership: Develop insights, intellectual property, and content that enhance the team’s point of view.

• Strengthen the Practice: Mentor colleagues, enhance delivery capabilities, and support ongoing improvements to service offerings.

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience in advisory, consulting, transformation, or industry leadership positions

• Exposure to sales strategy, pursuit development, and client workshop facilitation

• Comprehensive knowledge of key industry or domain areas and current market trends

• Strong storytelling, presentation, and influencing capabilities

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Industry Team

• Deep experience in at least one segment within chosen industry

• Deep experience in at least one relevant domain and exposure to one to two other relevant domains

• Experience with advanced technology, data and AI within chosen industry

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
