Job Description

• Drive digitalisation, automation and process improvement initiatives for Admin & Property Management (APM).
• Lead and manage departmental projects, including end-to-end delivery from planning to implementation and closure.
• Manage tender exercises and vendor engagements in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth delivery.
• Manage the Bank’s corporate travel operations and Travel Management Company (TMC) performance.
• Lead fleet operations, covering company vehicles and drivers, including utilisation, efficiency and service quality.
• Prepare management reports and presentation materials; provide updates to management and department forums.
• Ensure proper documentation, controls and compliance across all managed functions.

7 Requirements

• Minimum 8–12 years of relevant experience, preferably in corporate services, operations, project delivery or transformation roles within a large organisation or financial institution.
• Proven experience managing projects from tender to delivery and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge existing processes and propose practical improvements within a controlled environment.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills.
• Able to prepare clear and structured management presentations and reports.
