Job Description

Our client is a Leading Finance Company, is seeking for a high-calibre marketing professional to join their team.

Assistant Vice President (Administration and Human Resources)

Responsibilities:
  • To oversee human resources and office administration functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, procurement and employee relations;
  • To implement strategic HR initiatives and formulate respective policies and procedures related to human resources functions;
  • To prepare annual office administration budget and staff budget, headcount planning; and
  • To assist in ad hoc corporate projects and assignments from time to time.
Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Human Resources Management;
  • A minimum of 12 years’ relevant experience of which 8 years should be gained in a managerial role;
  • Proactive, self-motivated and a good team player with excellent people and communication skills; and
  • Policy drafting and report writing skills are essential.
