Job Description

Essential Functions

  • Domain Expert in F&A, Healthcare or Insurance P&C and L&A.
  • Mixed domain expertise preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Review projects at defined milestone phases (“Go/No-Go” stages) for adherence to transition methodology, governance framework, and compliance standards
  • Drive consistency and compliance across ongoing transitions through structured audits and progress reviews.
  • Ensure that risks are identified, documented, and mitigations or plans of action (POAs) are in place.
  • Escalate discrepancies or deviations in methodology, timelines, or deliverables as needed.
  • Support Transition Managers through periodic coaching, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Drive functional capability building initiatives within the Transitions function through standardized training and development programs.
  • Identify and introduce tools, frameworks, or automation solutions that improve transition visibility and execution.

Primary Internal Interactions

  • Transitions Reviews Program Leads, Transitions Managers
  • Solutioning and implementation design BD Team, Strategic Deal Team, designated operations and enabling functions engaged on case by case basis
  • Building Capability in Transitions Function Other members of Corporate Transitions Team, Operating Leads, Quality and PE team
  • Training and Development Program Leads, Transitions Managers, Training function, external vendors as needed

Primary External Interactions

  • The primary external interactions of the resource will be in the Solutioning and Implementation Design role wherein the incumbent will interact with client stakeholders to present the solution and Transitions capabilities, and transition selected processes, if required.

Education Requirements

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any stream
  • PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2 certification (preferred)

Work Experience Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience, most of which should be in BPO environment
  • 5+ years of BPO experience should be in Transitions
  • 3+ years of core Project Management/ Solutioning experience.
  • Should have hands-on experience of migrating processes
  • Program Management experience of a small to medium size engagement
