Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong computer proficiency with above‑average expertise in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Innovative thinking with the ability to identify and implement improvements to existing processes.
  • Strong team player with a solid personal work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage credit facilities administration processes including, but not limited to:
    • Drawdowns
    • Repayments
    • Rollovers
    • Compliance filings
    • Interest and fee calculations
    • Maturity management
    • Loan covenant calculations
  • Assist in preparing audit and compliance schedules as requested and as per credit/loan agreements.
  • Perform daily reconciliation of all incoming and outgoing wires, and validate/authenticate the origin of payments to ensure compliance with US and international regulations (OFAC, Sanctions, AML).
  • Handle bank account administration tasks including account opening/closing, ACH debit filter setups, signatory updates, and fulfilling KYC requirements.
