Capella Hotel Motel is a true country pub at the heart of its local community. Offering a welcoming bar, quality bistro, accommodation and gaming facilities, it's a venue where locals, travellers and workers come together to enjoy genuine country hospitality. We're looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our leadership team and help drive exceptional guest experiences.
Supporting the Venue Manager with the day-to-day operations of the venue
Leading and developing the team to deliver exceptional customer service
Driving service standards across the bar, bistro and gaming areas
Assisting with rostering, labour management and stock control
Ensuring compliance with RSA, RSG and venue policies
Leading shifts and maintaining a positive team culture
Previous hospitality leadership experience as an Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager
Strong food, beverage and gaming knowledge
A hands-on leader who enjoys coaching and developing people
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Current QLD RSA & RSG
RMLV licence (or willingness to obtain)
