Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach
2026-2027 School Year
of position: The Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach supports the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach in the leadership, development, instruction, supervision, and coaching of student-athletes participating in the Carrollton High School Varsity Volleyball program. The Assistant Coach will work collaboratively with the Head Varsity Volleyball Coach and Athletic Director to support the overall goals, philosophy, and expectations of the Carrollton Volleyball Program. The coach will contribute to the development of student-athletes by teaching fundamental and advanced volleyball skills, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, encouraging academic and personal growth, and helping prepare athletes to compete successfully at the varsity level. The Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach is expected to maintain a safe, positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes athletic development, character, discipline, accountability, leadership, confidence, and school pride.
Reports to: Jacob Premo- Athletic Director of Carrollton Public School
Compensation: The Assistant Varsity Volleyball Coach will be compensated in accordance with the CEA Contract, Appendix B
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The position may require prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and physical demonstration of volleyball skills and drills. The coach must be able to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
