We are seeking a driven and experienced Assistant Used Car Sales Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career within a high-performing Toyota Used Vehicle operation. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Used Car Manager to drive performance, maximise profitability, and lead a successful sales team.

You may currently be a high-performing Senior Sales Consultant or Assistant Manager ready to step up! Either way, you’ll be someone who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and is motivated by results and long-term career growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the Used Car Manager in leading and managing the Used Vehicle Sales Department
• Driving strong individual sales performance while contributing to overall team results
• Coaching, motivating, and developing the sales team alongside the Used Car Manager
• Supporting the management of the end-to-end sales process to maximise profitability
• Ensuring the delivery of an outstanding customer experience across all touchpoints
• Actively assisting in vehicle purchasing and identifying opportunities to maximise stock acquisition.

Who You Are

• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service throughout the valuing and buying process
• Have strong leadership and communication skills
• Love cars and understand vehicle brands and values
• Professional, well-presented, and confident
• Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and process
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence
• Be available to work an 11-day fortnight, including weekends (with rostered days off during the week)
