Longmont High School (LHS), founded as Longmont's original high school in 1901, is a learning community committed to guiding students in becoming productive, empowered and involved citizens of the world. All students have access to a full continuum of rigorous academic course offerings and a diverse selection of co-curricular activities.
Additionally, LHS is home to several instructional focus programs which include Advanced Placement courses, the Medical and BioScience Academy and the High School Business Program. In addition to their coursework, students have the opportunity to participate in internship programs with local professionals and college credit opportunities.
