About the Role:Join The Learning Experience #449 as an Assistant Toddler Teacher, where you will nurture and inspire young minds in a vibrant and engaging environment. This role is perfect for those passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in children's lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the lead teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for toddlers.
• Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development through play and interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and learning materials.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Help supervise children during outdoor play and classroom activities.
• Foster a love for learning and curiosity in each child.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in early childhood education preferred.
• Experience working with toddlers or in a childcare setting is highly desirable.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
• Background check clearance required.

Compensation: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
