Support the senior management to enhance communication and improve efficiency in daily routine tasks with all relevant divisions.
Prepare meeting schedule for Senior Management
Review the proposal received and take note to the superior
Assist superior to draft document when necessary
Assist the superior to supervise the operations of the relevant divisions
Plan and organize company social responsibility projects to enhance company image and brand reputation and establish connections with all stakeholders
Promote new routes, special offers, and other important information to increase popularity and attractiveness in the target market
Translate the document to English or Chinses when necessary
Other administrative tasks as superior assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Management or Economic as a minimum requirement (an upper degree is an advantage)
Good command in English and Chinese is a preference
At least 3 years of work experience as secretary to senior management
Abilities and skills in teamwork and leadership
Good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
Must be able to work under pressure and deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
